3. How to know whether a PG is good one or not

We have to compare the facilities provided by management. Choose the best one which provides more facilities within the budget.

4. Whats the procedure for joining in PG

  • It is simple 5 min procedure to check-in the PG
  • Please download the PRAZO app from play store or App store
  • Follow the instruction shown in the App or take advice from management

5. How can we get the payment acknowledgements

  • Guest can login App and check the payment details
  • Guest will receive email and sms confirmations once payment is done

6. What are the point of contact in case of emergency

  • In the app there is help tab. The guest will find management and prazo contact details. Guest can contact management at any time incase of emergency
  • Guest can also contact care taker of the PG in all the times for any kind of assistance

7. How to deal with complaints

  • Guest can login to App and raise a complaint. The status of the complaint can be tracked in the same tab.

8. Who joins the PG

Most of the guests are employees working in nearby companies, Students and job seekers

9. Why the guest has to pay advance

The advance is security deposit and will be refunded when the guest vacates the PG after deducting the maintenance and if any extra charges (the extra charges applicable in case the guest done damage to any of the facilities)

10. What is the notice period in PG?

The notice period in general will be one month. It differs PG to PG. It is mandatory to provide notice as management has to consider the bookings for upcoming months
